Protein recommendations for a vegetarian newbie
I have moved back to India so out of touch with resources available here. I’m familiar with general concepts but would love to hear your suggestions to incorporate more protein rich food in my families meal in general
Also, if there is any women fitness subreddits, would like to follow them as well. If not, would love to hear your fat loss stories, especially if you have worked around it while managing hormonal issues/pcos
