Widespread nerve pain & muscle pain all day?

Does any one else also have widespread nerve pain all day together with muscle pain? First it’s my arms then my feet then my chest and so on all over my body, it feels like inflammation of my nervous system. Electrical like shocks & sharp nerve pain stabs all over my body. Together with muscle pain, twitches and muscle spasms all over my body that never stop. Headaches & continuous pressure on my forehead (between my eyes). Also never ending pins and needles in my hands & feet. I even feel pain in my ear canal and nerve pain/burning sensation and sharp pains in my eyes. The pain is everywhere. So i really don’t understand if this is neuropathic pain combined with muscle pain? Please tell me there’s someone out here experiencing the same symptoms? I suffer from cptsd & health anxiety. And i’m pretty sure i have fibro, don’t think it can be chronic pain from anxiety. I’ve been to the neurologist & my check up was fine. Now i’m waiting to do an MRI on my brain to rule out any other neurological issues. My heart goes out to you guys!
