HELP! 800€ on Meta ads and 0 sales so far.

Hey guys,

I’m seriously stuck and could really use some advice. I run an online electronics store, and for the life of me, I can’t figure out what’s going wrong. We had another store back in December that did really well, so when we launched this new one in January, I thought things would at least start moving. But here we are, weeks later, and we haven’t had a single real sale. Not one. Just scam attempts from people using stolen credit cards.

We’re running Meta ads across Europe, focusing on countries where people actually have money to spend. The problem is, we’re burning through cash, and the results are just terrible. Sometimes, the ads are so expensive that barely anyone even clicks on them. Other times, they bring traffic, but no one actually buys anything. And most of the time, all we get are fraud attempts. It’s beyond frustrating. One of our previous stores actually got shut down because of this issue, so we switched payment providers to try and stop it, but nothing has changed. The fraud orders keep coming, and we still have zero legitimate sales.

And I know it’s not a pricing issue. We have some of the best prices out there because of a solid supplier deal. The website looks trustworthy, we’ve made sure the offers are appealing, and we even tried lowering the price range in our ads to see if that would help. Still, nothing. I’ve been running ads for a while, I know how to test creatives, I know how to optimize, but I’ve never seen anything like this before. It feels like the ads are just attracting scammers and bots instead of real customers, and I can’t figure out why.
