Non invasive yag vitreolysis

22M. I am suffering from black strand like floaters on my both eye for 2 years . It's so deliberating frustrating . At initially I see small dark floaters but now I am seeing increased in size like a hell . Even I close my eye the thick strand I saw while expose to sunlight. While closing the eye I see black strand means it will be treatable in yag laser right ?. I didn't see translucent but I see most disturbed one while closed eye .
