storing breastmilk in the fridge

hi all, how are you storing your breastmilk in the fridge? currently, I'm using the large Dr Brown bottles and pouring breastmilk into them after each pump session. I typically combine a days worth into a bottle, but will use a new bottle for the following day. I also dispose of or freeze any breastmilk that's older than 4 days.

Edit: do you combine different temperature breastmilk together? I read somewhere cold/refrigerated breastmilk shouldn't be combined with freshly pumped/room temperature breastmilk.
