advice for NC?

i’m in college (19f) and parents recently found out about me having a girlfriend.

they brought me home this weekend and talked to me about how i can never see her again and if i argue i’ll get hurt (i have a photo of the threat). my dad has abused me my whole life and this is my final straw. i need to go NC with him and my mom.

i’ve started a plan but does anyone have any help for doing this? it all seems daunting and scary and it’s especially worrying since i have to still pay for college.
