This is how I cured my Depersonalization!

Quick story: I suffered for childhood trauma and neglect I didn't feel safe even at home, my father was an alcoholic I didn't know myself, so during college I created a persona that made people laugh. It didn't last more than 2 years.

One day I realized that I am not myself, I never was. The LSD afterglow was the one that showed me how I am as a person, but the positive effects disappeared after two weeks. I don't recommend LSD.

5 years ago I met a friend while I was on antidepressants for anxiety. He explained me how corrupted the system is and convinced me to get off them. After a few months he left because I was aggressive and depersonalized. After few months he contacted me again and showed me that progesterone (I am a male) stabilizes the cell and regenerates mithocondria. Those studies that showed me were from the 80s.

First time I took progesterone I changed as a person, it made me pacient, calm, funny and with an incredible word recall, it was amazing, it lasted months. I run out of it, tried again, didn't work (bad batch).

For years I've been experimenting with diets and supplements till I got the solution.

The root problem of depersonalization is: - high opioid activity in the brain: so I avoided foods that have it, such as bread and milk. Opioids decrease dopamine levels and decreases energy production in the brain. It acts like an analgesic. - poor glucose oxidation: since the cell needs glucose to relax and repair, in order to oxidize it I had to limit fat intake and focus on a high carb diet mostly from rice and sugar. Look the Randle Cycle. - I've been off polyunsaturated fats for 5 years and my resilience to food deprivation and energy increased. - low dopamine, high prolactin levels. Everytime I jerked off, the next day I was depersonalized. So I tried Bromocriptine in low doses of 1.25mg. It made me hypersexual, but depersonalization was barely there. I stopped it because I didn't feel like taking it anymore. No withdrawal.

Note: Too much fructose makes me dissociate, it gives me a good feeling, but too much makes me go ADHD.

The cherry on the cake that CURED my depersonalization was selegiline.

Selegiline inhibits the degradation of dopamine. I BELIEVE, AFTER LOTS OF RESEARCH, THAT DEPERSONALIZATION/Dissociation IS LACK OF DOPAMINE. Selegiline completely stopped all the remaining depersonalization. It is amazing, I can joke around with my friend and it makes me resilient and happy also!!

TLTR: Tried all supps, nothing worked. In the end I found the issue: - poor glucose oxidation (low thyroid function) THIAMINE HCL 500mg + 500mg aspirin + coffee helped a lot with this. - high opioid activity - high prolactin Cure: - High carb low fat diet. See Randle Cycle. HAD HUGE IMPACT. - Progesterone, 20mg a day - Selegiline 1/4 pill which is 1.25mg/day I believe. - Bromocriptine 1.25mg/day if prolactin is high

RIGHT NOW I DON'T TAKE ANYTHING AND I FEEL LIKE MYSELF. If you don't know how to start I recommend you try this today: 500mg aspirin + coffee (with sugar) + 500mg thiamine HCL. Make sure you are well fed, this combo decreases blood sugar a lot. Aspirin inhibits fat oxidation increasing BDNF, indirectly promotes glucose oxidation. B1 is a main cofactor together with magnesium in glucose oxidation. Coffee increases potency of B1 and Aspirin.
