What the hell happened?

So i quit in 2021 after the god-awful base rework, and now just decided to pick the gameback up to see how it is doing. So tyumen is pretty dead, the electric car cant be repaired and the belaz is still ludicrously expensive to run. Is there any chance that they might actually make the game playable or is it just gone for good?
