HELLLP!

Hiya guys hope all is well

Bought some gerwyn price aluminum stems and got some flights to go along with it. Probaly a very simple fix but I cannot seem to get the flight on the stems at all.

Seems to be this laminated feel on the flights. Btw I’ve used kflex for the last year but wanted to try something new.

Any help would be appreciated
