commitments review — does this need to be done at a jobcentre or can it be done over the phone?

Hey all. I suffer with bad anxiety so getting down to the job centre is very challenging for me. I have a commitments review soon and my appointment is at the jobcentre, is there any way this can be done over the phone or does it need to be in person?
