Working Out Upper Body

Hello,

I have had Cubital Tunnel for months, with no signs of improvement. I’d like to still somehow workout my upper body to regain strength I once had, but am afraid to do so. Most exercises involve bending the elbow + weight (pushups, curls, rows, all presses, etc.) I’m unsure what exercises I can safely do, without making things worse. I also don’t want to waste away if things don’t improve. Any advice? Thanks.

PS: As of now, the only exercises my Dr. ordered are rotator cuff related, and some stretches, nothing for maintaining or building the rest of my upper body.
