Flying United, which card for hotel perks? Additional Info Included

I’m being included on a person’s travel perks that work at United. The plan is to travel more this year, so I’d like to get a card that either gets me hotel perks or United perks.

I’m open to any card really and would be happy to get multiple cards for whatever purpose.
