Lamb crown cooking
Hi everyone, I am an international student living in Germany. I was craving for some lamb today since I can’t even remember the last time I had it. I went to the supermarket and picked a random one because I couldn’t understand German well. Apparently, it is lamb crown (lammkrone) but I am not sure how I should cook it. It has some buttery, greenish stuff around assuming that is for marination.
Could you give me advice on how to cook it? I would really prefer to cook on the pan if possible.
