FRUSTRATED - Xfinity is CROOKED
I’ve been dealing with an issue since September. They “claim” they shipped me an iPad. I didn’t receive the iPad. I am being charged for the iPad.
I submitted a police report and they are still charging me.
Every time I call a get the run around, “can’t find this, don’t see that noted in the account”
I have EVERY phone call with them recorded.
Who do I contact or how do I submit these recordings to 1 - prove they are phony liars and 2 get my money back.
