Intermittent Signal drop for over a week now. Getting abysmal speeds. Technician installed new gateway nothing was fixed. I’m paying for Gifabit.
I’ve been having lots of problems with my internet over the past month. It started with very slow speeds then eventually they came back up. Over the past two weeks not only have we been getting abysmally slow speeds, our signal goes in and out. WiFi and wired devices. By the time the xfinity assistant runs its tests the signal is back so it doesn’t see anything wrong. On my console I tried every troubleshooting Reddit has to offer. I’ve reset the new gateway which is xfinity’s proprietary one and nothing is working I don’t know what’s going on but I’m pretty much giving my money away at this point. Any help is highly appreciated.
