Should I fill IIM rohtak ?

Based on various reviews and Reddit posts, I understand that IIM Rohtak is generally not recommended for male candidates or those with good chances of converting better IIMs. However, as a female candidate, I’m unsure whether I should consider it. Given my CAT percentile, my chances are limited to CAP IIMs, and I’m not planning to retake the CAT. Should I consider IIM Rohtak as a backup option, or is it not worth it even as a backup? I’d prefer not to waste the ₹3,000 application fee unnecessarily.
