Put your phone on do not disturb.

Phones been on do not disturb since the breakup and we’re coming into week 7.

No notifications from anything to distract me.

Speaking to a couple girls online just casual, but being on DND means I responded when I choose to and I’m not waiting on a notification to go on and reply.

All the stupid things you get notified about I probably miss and don’t notice.

A lot more peaceful especially for a young man who’s very active on social media and stuff it really helps. Just let the people close to you know if they need a hold of you to call twice (bypass the do not disturb) if they need to get a hold of you urgently. And just keep it on at all times. Found it to be a lot more peaceful and helping me heal.
