Older Boston/pug no longer sleeping in my bed?

Lou is 13 now. She has always slept in the bed with me. Always. Snoring and farting and all. Recently she has taken to laying on the dog beds at night. I say beds cause I have 3 dogs and she loves a good rotation for variety. There's always been room for everyone at night in my bed. I do know she isn't walking the best and any struggles I carry/lift her. So she must have done something when I was gone or maybe the colder weather is activating some arthritis? Maybe she rolled off when I wasn't home? Very rarely leave her on the bed when gone, just for an errand trip or two out. There is some limping but like I said cold. When food is involved she is healed and moving fine. But if I put her in bed, 50% of the time she stays otherwise on a bed on the floor.

So I'm wondering if any else's pup started voluntarily leaving your bed?

There is a storage ottoman next to my bed for getting up and down off the bed.

Also any tips for helping your older dogs movement/joints.
