Nosebleeds?!

This morning, my one day off to be able to sleep in this week, I woke up right before 6 AM from a deep sleep to what can only be described as a massacre. My nose was forcefully gushing blood. My hallway and bathroom look like that scene from Carrie 🥲 I’ve had nosebleeds in the past At various points in my life, usually during the winter when the air is cold and dry, but this was on another level! Even with tissues, it was coming faster than I could catch it. It finally stopped after about 10 minutes of pinching my nose to help it clot, but HOLY HELL! Is this common during pregnancy. I’m 9 weeks today, and was not prepared. Anything that can be done to help prevent this?
