2019 BMW X3 CEL air vents and door

So I got a M40i. Yesterday I turn on the car in the morning and everything was good and I had the heat in cuz is winter in NY. In the afternoon I turned on the car again and I got a CEL. I notice the grill vents were open but I thought it was normal when the heat is on. So I turn off the heat and kept driving, car drives fine. After I turned off the car the vents kept open, I waited a while my vents never closed so I am assuming the CEL is because of the vents. Also I notice that when I tried to open front and rear passenger was not locking the car. I had to press the fob button to lock it. I also tried to open the door with the handle but it was not opening so I’m not sure if the sensor is not working or is the fob but I tried other doors and it was working fine. So my first question is… could it be that a fuse blew and is affecting the passenger side only and where is the fuse. (Can’t find much info on fuses on this type of car) my other question is. The vents if the motor actuator needs to be replace does the dealer ship cover it? ( I seen threads that some people get it fixed for free and some don’t and I want to know if someone from NY got it covered) Also like to mention, I been only using this car on weekends and last week when it was really cold, when I tried to turn on the car it seem like it struggle a bit so idk if maybe the battery has anything to do with this issues.
