Tune up 2019 X3 M40i

Hello everyone! I have a 2019 M40i in Colorado, where we don’t have 93 octane gas and I’m wondering what can I do to tune it up. It’s out of the warranty window so I’m thinking of doing this.

I’m a total noob, I never worked on cars, nor have the interest of doing so (or the time) but I saw a post here once that I can’t find about someone similar who tuned up a 2019.

It was something around using MDH tuner or something and a catted pipe?

I can google shit, but I’d like some advice first before I go down a rabbit hole.

What kind of gains I’m I looking to get if do these upgrades, is this something I can maybe learn how to do just this once? What does it cost to take it to a shop to do these things (I think I can buy the tuner online?)
