What do you think of ICE releasing detained migrants due to limited capacity in detention centers?

It seems on Monday ICE released 160 illegal immigrants back on to the streets as they are over capacity.
On Tuesday, the day after the release, ICE was already at 109% capacity.

This comes as Trump has pushed ICE to arrest more people, significantly increasing their quota from a few hundred to around 1500 a day.
