For the first time N. Macedonia didn't congratulate Kosovo for independence day

Just few days ago, a person who for years travelled freely to Macedonia, was arrested at the border by Serbia's request.

Yesterday, the Macedonian government did not congratulate Kosovo for it's Independence Day.

In the background, we have the issue of the Albanian language.

What are the thoughts of the population on that? (I posted this is the Macedonian sub, but wasn't approved by mods)

Update: Based on one the comments, it seems I am wrong. They did congratulate. This was on our media, and I took it to be true.
