Tore my right Achilles 2 weeks ago

I tore my right achilese 2 years ago playing basketball( I was taking a step to pass the ball then boom a loud pop! Sheesh! So now I just tore my left Achilles 2 eeeks ago!!!!! ( I coach a 2nd and 3rd grade flag football team one of my players scored a TD I jumped up in excitement and came down then tried to take a step forward then boom it happened again!!!
