AITAH for not letting my drunk husband into house?

Then he smash the door, get into room where i was with my children, hit me twice in face.I called the police and he went in jail for 1 month. Now that he got out seems to be angry at me, dont want talk to me to resolve, acting like it's my fault for him going to jail. At this moment we are not together anymore because i broke up but i still care for him and starting to feel guilty. He didn't say sorry or anything, i expected that he will beg me for forgivnes, but he seems cold and uninterested. I dont know what to think.
