RGH 3 No display on xell! please help

RGH 3 Jasper. i have minimal soldering experience. the console boots fine (fans + constantly blinking green light likely due to no disc drive) however no display on my monitor. any advice? i've attached some photos of my soldering job on the bottom. all the solders look pretty perfect to me tbh so i'm confused why none of this is working. i have read and wrote the nand perfectly also.
